Always uses words like, Leave the company immediately even if they get a call from their superiors they will release their tensions and show you that you are not worthy right from the joining date. 4. No one-on-one discussions while appraisals. They will randomly rate you and then submit the ratings. 5. They don’t use English as professional language in meetings. Despite they use filthy local language to communicate their feelings. 6. No ethics and values. As soon as someone from HO points out the problems in the state, they will blame each other rather than addressing the issue 7.
