Family Atmosphere and Calture is Very Best. In my 25 years career I found this type of Calture in very few companies. Management is very transparent in every aspect.

Not Found. Because, company is always flexible for update.

Work Details

Working with the company is interesting. Facing some problem in beginning about the Calture. Because, have worked with corporate. And in starting Calture of the company was not like corporate. But, after some time found familyer atmosphere in COVID time.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
