I like nothing about this institution

Dislikes

They are highly unprofessional, disgusting, salary issue is always there, mental pressure is on higher level than work pressure. No job security and they expell their staff without any prior information. They are the worst people I have ever seen...

Despite providing them required notice period of one month, I didn't received my salary. Mr Vishal deswal the HR of the institution is good at making the fool out of the faculty members. No respect is given to faculty members working at BFIT, I will never recommend anyone to join the institution.

Dislikes

1- They didn't respect the faculty members 2- They will literally eat your hard earned money 3- Although if you provide them notice period still they will not provide you the salary of your last working month
