Nothing works except internal team's chemistry

Dislikes

Not an employee centric company, Only thinks how to milk employees. There is no direction or plan, runs in wimps and fancies in upper management. Does not provide food free, no cabs and insurance also starts only after 6 months and if person leaves job, the amount is deducted from his fnf. Even when everything is fine now, still part salary is being deducted.

There is no pros i found here as I have worked there for 2 years. Managers are not at all helpful even the job is not safe. They just lay off the candidates if they don't have enough work. HR is good for nothing because the policy are not at all good and she is very rude. My brother got lay off during covid they didn't even given a time to search for another job.

Dislikes

No cabs. Mandatory they cut the 2200 for food even if you dont want. As in covid time we all are working from home then also they have cutted the food amount and that is not for 2-3 months.but for one year and the amount is 26,400.

My overall experience is very bad. I am looking for a change and I will make sure that I never refer this company to anyone.

I was mentally tough so left B3 on time and got a good opportunity based on my past experience. Those working there already, are still there and cannot leave as there learning and iq became 0. Horrible and terrible place and ice on cake is harassments.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
