Here not any type secure ur job. Work culture not maintain. Management is very poor and helpless. Company policies are not good for as a worker because here not salution for any type of resputes about salary working time and responsibilities of incharge etc.

Here is not better management system because the company staff not responsible and responding about workers Salary despute and here's workers have nothing's any type of facilities as a company provides like safety, security and health issues etc.
