Company is very good about the skill development and job security but juniors payment is very less they can't survive properly.

Only experience persons get promotion and high salary juniors are only for concreting and curing they have not satisfied with salary. after 4 year job experience they only get 20000 rs salary .when u join through reference then you get lot of salary also you get confirmation letter in 3 month .

All the managers are trapped in Punkaj Dutta’s web because maximum managers in this company is stealing. If you want to work in this company, it is necessary for you to have a certificate of education, work experiences as well as experience in committing thefts.
