MD has very good knowlegde regarding all departments but he doesnt take decision independently

No work culture, Job Bond for 3 years, Taking advance blank cheque on joining as security so they can do some legal against you if you breake their illegal job bond. Also every month 5% of salary deducted as bind money. This is not return if u leave within bond period. only Harassment, single process, single product, nothing to learn. No relieving doc given by company, if resign not within three years, they pressurized to pay bond money else shouted for legal action and untill that your relieve documents not issued....Read More
