All faculty are very friendly and approachable in department works. Salary norms are good. Students and faculty are friendly in nature. It is happy that they give Saturday as holiday.

Dislikes

Job is not secured and feels UnComfortable during termination. They keep on asking to relieve from duties without any reason. They give only one month notice to relieve. Work environment before relieving would be some what uncomfortable . Salary norms are as per Government 6th pay rules. Career growth for permanent employee is satisfactory. I'm a student there, I'm currently pursuing my undergraduate degree, it is a 4 year course and I'm in my final year now, still haven't had the so called placement training, I'm disappointed now. Still it was good in those times when I spent before the pandemic, I rate my university 4.5/5 before pandemic and 3/5 after pandemic.
