long wroking hours 6 A.M to 6P.M , or 5 A.M to 5 P.M no wrok life balance , no equal treatment between employees high turnover rate , same food , low quality , not eadible food , locked in camp , can not leave compound all time working, work between (12-16 ) hours per day , no holiday , just annual leave 20 days fireing and hiring occurs , no job security

On my first here during 15 minutes of induction meeting the guy was literally telling us 50 different ways how an INDIAN can be terminated here. Mobile phone is not allowed inside for INDIANs. An American blue colored labour mason is boss to an Indian engineer and expect the guy to call him by adding Sir before his first name. Lunchtime for INDIANS is 30 min for others it is 1 hr.
