Benefit, compensation, travel policy etc which is offered to the employee is best in the Industry also a person gets to learn a lot in the Organization. If the employee has the potential he/she can reach the higher position in the Organization in no time.

Training was the part where Azure lacked a bit.

I worked in Project Development Department & Land Strategy Department where my role was the selection of site, site surveying, taking various kind of necessary approvals from the State Govt. Authorities and handing over the site to the Construction Dept.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
