On a crowded busy days I love to work there because I can make connections with the guest to regular and ask me name on their next visits,nobody used to behind anyone, everyone has to work ,I feel awesome specially on weekends 😊

Dislikes

I dislike some of my higher position stuffs as they were hired for certain reasons,but seems they are not capable of holding the position. Learning from them is zero 🙁

As I mentioned,it’s exciting only when it gets busy, I prefer we should get some training’s,should send the bartenders for competitions which is happening all around in Bangalore,after pleasing them for 2 hours selection of the competition but neglect

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
