Workers here are absolute trash. A tall black guy(worker in azorte) in Pune, Amanora mall treated me and my friend really bad. He accused us for stealing clothes even though all the clothes were in their place in the changing room right in front of them. That tall black worker started chasing us out of nowhere when we were exiting Azorte and said that my friend's single piece is cant be seen. She literally handed over it to a female worker right there in the changing room and they all were looking at us in a very weird and strange look as if we actually stole it. I hope that guy gets fired and all the other worker in azorte in pune amanora branch because they treated us really terribly....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
