Organization is committed for bringing change in society. Learning space is limitless and horizon is broad. Work environment is good. Polies are competitively batter. Job security is there and environment is also friendly

Dislikes

Management doesn't pay much heed to the conflict and internal motivation of an employee. Good career option for fresher but career growth is bit slow

If a person want to teach in secondary or senior secondary level, it is not for him. There are lot of opportunities to experiment with early learners or primary level children. Foundation works at foundation level or root level which is very necessary to strengthen the whole education tree.

Work is enjoyable but travel makes you feel sick, many a times when we go to fields to visit school can't find any transport system and it is very difficult.
