If any department is getting centralised, it's The Organisation's responsibility to shift the employee into another department. But instead of that, they directly release the employee without any prior notice. HR management is terrible. They never everanswers to the employees concerns, instead they portray the employee in a wrong way....Read More

There is nothing to like about the company. The company shows you the best pictures of there offices and fool you. actually the there office ambience is the trap.

- worst management - nobody at the senior management belongs to the industry(overseas education). They recruit people from insurance company at the position of Officer. - Azent makes you feel there dominance at the each stage - everybody will try to be your Boss - once you leave the company they will spoil your image by using there power of money

I worked their for more then 2 years but I honestly don't think their is anything which should be liked. " DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER'. Don't fall for interiors of the office as they are not going to give you the hike or Appraisals.

1.) FLEXIBLE TIMINGS is just a MYTH.. They stretch you to your maximum Capacity and in return will give you 0 job Satisfaction. 2.) All the Perks and trips (given by the University ) are given to selected higher authorities. 3.) I actually wasted my years there sitting idol with no productivity. 4.) Once you live the company you are the enemy. They can't see you growing anywhere.

New Management have no clarity . Lot of politics . No career growth No scope of learning new skills and no internal growths Plays Hire and Fire game Backstabbing No professional behaviour HR'S are worst . They don't even care about employees , never responds calls.
