0 job security. Top management removes the employees without any concrete reason. If any department is getting centralised, it's The Organisation's responsibility to shift the employee into another department. But instead of that, they directly release the employee without any prior notice. HR management is terrible. They never everanswers to the employees concerns, instead they portray the employee in a wrong way....Read More

There is nothing to like about the company. The company shows you the best pictures of there offices and fool you. actually the there office ambience is the trap.

Dislikes

- worst management - nobody at the senior management belongs to the industry(overseas education). They recruit people from insurance company at the position of Officer. - Azent makes you feel there dominance at the each stage - everybody will try to be your Boss - once you leave the company they will spoil your image by using there power of money

Its a startup only offices are beautiful , they have lost their way they are not able to service students and earlier they started company as Azent Overseas Education Limited but seems they are going thru financial crunch they changed name in 2022 to Azent Overseas Education Pvt Ltd , they reason I writing this review is for the youth who are looking forward to make their career in this industry should look for more stable companies and this company has lost its way and struggling financially they have defaulted my payment too , if you leave Job you become their enemy and if other staff would also look for change and incase they also join your company they will not pay you saying you are taking their staff , they should rather check them self why people are leaving their company , there where 3 Vice President who started with them from initial years around 5 year before and all of them have left knowing that company might shut down or will be sold to someone else....Read More

Till the time you work with them you are good as soon as you leave you are their enemy , worst is there is HR but powerless
