I have been working at Aye for more than 1 year now and it has been the most fruitful experience of my life. It is one organisation that has helped me grow and learn with a very supportive work environment. This is by far the best organisation that I have worked with.

Supervisors behaviour, Always use foul language specially Business Head- Ashutosh Kumar Singh. He has no manners how to manage the team. His talking way is rudely with every employee. Taking meeting with field executives direct because no skip lever under him. State Head/Regional Head.. etc. all senior level post are vacant because of his rude behaviour and who knows about him never accept the offer. One of the worst work culture company every time the great place to work award get the company but they do not give the form to employee they only fill and submit in the gptw There is no holiday like if u join u will not have any holidays u have to work for 30 days in a month with no timing almost 14 hrs daily I
