Timing is mentioned in the offer letter from 8.30 am to 6 pm but they increase the shift till 8.00 pm, even after taking a 2 hour townhall meeting, they ask for a target from the credit team and forcefully stop the entire team till 8.00 pm. Due to such a heavy workload, most of the employees stay awake at night to do work at home. my experience of 1 year here has been very bad.Only those who do flattery get promoted and they get full relief without doing any work.This is my request to the seniors of credit team, do not put so much pressure on the employees, otherwise you will lose all the good employees.🙏...Read More
