Company culture is bad. Work culture is bad. Maximum employee especially the sales people are so ill behaved. They Don't know how to talk with a Regional Technical Manager. Bad attitude. Work life balance is not there to maintain. Work has no time limit.

Dislikes

The work culture here is extremely toxic, and it's severely affecting personal balance and life outside of work. We are constantly called in on weekends without receiving any compensatory time off or additional pay. This environment is unacceptable, especially considering that these decisions are being made by senior leaders who should be setting a better example.

Supervisors behaviour, Always use foul language specially Business Head- Ashutosh Kumar Singh. He has no manners how to manage the team. His talking way is rudely with every employee.
