Supervisors behaviour, Always use foul language specially Business Head- Ashutosh Kumar Singh. He has no manners how to manage the team. His talking way is rudely with every employee. Taking meeting with field executives direct because no skip lever under him. State Head/Regional Head.. etc. all senior level post are vacant because of his rude behaviour and who knows about him never accept the offer. One of the worst work culture company every time the great place to work award get the company but they do not give the form to employee they only fill and submit in the gptw There is no holiday like if u join u will not have any holidays u have to work for 30 days in a month with no timing almost 14 hrs daily I

Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. They were not respond to ex staffs,and they don't even bother about settlement. We should ask them repeatedly. I have worked here 7 years but no response after resignation. And HR team should focus on hiring part. Company was so good but management .... Also matter.

Salary structure is quite good. Salary credits on the last day of the month which is good.

Company culture is bad. Work culture is bad. Maximum employee especially the sales people are so ill behaved. They Don't know how to talk with a Regional Technical Manager. Bad attitude. Work life balance is not there to maintain. Work has no time limit.

The work culture here is extremely toxic, and it's severely affecting personal balance and life outside of work. We are constantly called in on weekends without receiving any compensatory time off or additional pay. This environment is unacceptable, especially considering that these decisions are being made by senior leaders who should be setting a better example.
