Company management prove that they do not need seniors so only freshers incrment percentage is good i.e 80 ,90% and seniors incrment percentage is 10 or less than 10 prcnt . 5.No work culture.

No hybrid work culture. Atleast 2 days from home. but even after office they says go home and complete the things they want everything in one day.
