There is no work life balance. Too much of micromanagement. 6 months work is expected to complete it 2 months without enough resources. Hard working people needs to work day and night and weekend to complete the work. Higher management os commiting toght timelines to client and team members are struggling to meet the timelines.

Leadership lacks empathy . They just run on numbers, deliverables and meetings. Funer ruings like support, help, understanding, empathy, mentorship etc are meaningless words here. I was pregnant and yet they decided to put me in PIP and remove. I kept asking them to move me out of project and account but they didn’t do on time and kept giving me bad feedback. Everything is dislike Bacteria have bacteria like managers with 0 knowledge and professionalism. Even employees on maternity will be forced to work. They show fake sympathy and this the only company where they follow fish market culture. Managers are really idiots here. All management control by his main office Gurgaon. In new offices in others cites they don't have much senior person. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients. The strict work policies along with strict deadlines have led many of my reportees to resign , still there is no understanding on the challenges faced during the client deliverables and projects.

The recent middle management hired by the company has made it very difficult to work. The culture is gone, the feeling of satisfaction is gone. It has become just another IT company. HR policies are all over the place and the overall system has become very insensitive.
