Salary is fairly decent, travel opportunities are a lot (which I did not get though)

Lack of coordination in teams, learning is low and work is repetitive which is prevelant in every sector though, over burdening during peak time as work was alloted in the evening and would have to be submitted "immediately" which meant eorking till 2am also(although work from home was allowed for such timings) low growth for a professionals and not an 'ideal' place for CAs, lack of guidance and no direct interaction with he client....Read More

Company is open to new ideas from fresh minds and invests a lot on training its employees. Teams across locations get to work together remotely and this helps build good connects across different offices. Overall a good place for a fresher in the Corporate World.

Dislikes

Compensation as a fresher is good but group is very slow. Work pressure is high for an average of about 14-16 hours while the same does not get counted for during appraisals. Attrition rate is high as outside in the industry pay always seems to be higher.
