While working in this company as an off-roll employee dept. Personal Loan-Branch Sales and deputation at Axis Bank Limited., I will say that the Job security is zero. Work Culture and management are like animals. You will be hired off roll of Axis Bank as an RO and they will give you a job role something different from it. Initiallyyou have to do leafleting and road activities and they also need business from your own and not from the branch.You will feel shame to work in this organisation!!!...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
