The company readily adopts latest technology. I love the environment & surrounding. As result, i get to travel various places along with team & boss. Career opportunities are higher and very efficient over the basis of vacancies available. Its good start away for the people who all are seeking career in banking specially over operations, sales & collection departments of the bank. At last I would suggest people to start 1st step towards the company. Salary incentives appraisals are higher and good experiencing environment....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is little slower as the work pressure is average but over month ends its high. Sometimes working is more that 14 hours straight over month ends. Rest all is good.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is challenging as i have to look after the entire product and collection agencies, targets distribution of cycles buckets as well as managing day to day DRR (Daily Required Ratio) over collection team, Have to remain focused

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
