Try to focus quality account rather than quantity LI is not only banking products to sell try to sell other products also and try to focus on process of bank and hire well qualified staff. People who is working in axis bank still don't no to draft mail.Stop working on holidays Provide system to BDE and hire qualified BDE who can communicate well
