It is a really good company to work. People out here are really nice. Work environment is friendly. However, salary is pretty average and growth is slow. You can join the company to gain experience.

Facilities and benifits are really good. But appraisal part is more dependant on the manager employee relation and not on the work or performance.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
