Being a captive entity of AXA, company offers opportunity to work with international partners. There's reasonable amount of job security and enough opportunities to grow professionally. Company encourages to take professional certifications and reimburses for the same

Dislikes

No client facing roles, you always work with AXA counterparts from various international locations. Being a captive entity, most of the work is of BAU in nature that can be tad boring. There's always focus on cost savings which can be annoying sometimes. Organisation also lags in latest technology adoption.

Work Details

Work life balance is generally good, company has a shift 8.30 hours and will be soon offering hybrid model (3 days work from office and 2 days WFH)

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
