They are not at all supportive in COVID even if their financial condition is good they don’t think for their employees .

Dislikes

This is the worst company I have ever seen. I worked with three other companies but this one is worst . Their work culture is so poor . From March they started laying off the candidates even if their financial condition is so good . Management is biased .

I learnt many more things with this job and from their work culture that will help me in future to choose good company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
