Nothing from the direct ang higher management but people under them are very cheap and Nepotism more in the company. Creating the small group in the team make them power to rule till director. Don't understand a thing A director will listen to Team Leader who knows only to supervisor job not a Team lead job.

Dislikes

As per my knowledge, every one dislikes this company not only the employee's but the people who are near to these office premises.Every thing is a torcher in this company for every department. I saw an employee in same Ambition box wrote about the one of Director & Team lead because of their behaviour and managing causes the impactmore negetive spreads in this company , as they are the culprits who save their spoons for the cause and make the talented people not to work ans growth It's a suggestion to Murali sir (Sorry pls ignore if you already known ) to please ensure wat is happening among the teams by conducting the personal 1 on 1 because All the employees are not happy at organisation. Leaves and EL are employee rite but it is being grabbed by the repoties which is the Major dislike of every employee. Nepotism is other thing ,referring bajan,spoon gangs among the team in OJT and RR recognition. Required some humanity in amy aspect but not found this thing in any of the Person....Read More
