I was the senior among the trainee employee and we really like to practice the quality management rule like 5S , quality principal ( how to deal with problem and proper way to find the bug and desired document).

Skill development - Good
Job security - Good

Dislikes

Ofcourse Growth was their but it was only in the case of postion. In salary there was very low increament.

Quality documentation Mechanical testing of products and it's raw material BIS & ISI documentation

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
