Good environment and culture.all staff is supportive .company policies are good.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles with in the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
