This impressive growth trajectory positioned the company for long-term profitability. However, the situation drastically changed when the CEO’s son Ramesh varier took over leadership, setting an unrealistic growth target of 300%. These inflated expectations, coupled with a lack of transparency and integrity in business operations, led to severe organizational challenges and eventual decline.Also realised they are racist and keeps a trust issue with there employees.... As a family-run business, AVN Arogya suffered from mismanagement and poor decision-making, often filling key positions without matching skills or experience. The heavy involvement of family members fostered ego clashes and created a toxic work environment, where employees were treated poorly and undervalued. The company failed to meet basic obligations like paying salaries to current employees, further deteriorating trust and morale.
