1. Poor appraisal policy. 2. Forcing the employee to work productively for 7:30 hours every day. 3. Multiple deductions from your CTC ( The company's PF contribution is also deducted from your CTC). 4. There is absolutely no IT culture in the company. 5. There is no appreciation or any perks and benefits from the company. 6. Internal politics. 7. Micro management. 8. The company does this with a lot of developers by gradually converting them into testers (For more information, you can open LinkedIn and check the profiles of the developers). 9. They hire and give you to the germany team. They hire and keep on trial for 6 month and then fire. Even Hr department support to manager decision. Job security is zero.

I feel strictly "NO" for EHS Employees.....for every safety violation which in no means are in controls of safety personal on customer premises you will hear "What is safety officer doing there - I don't want him in company" and safety management is helpless. indeed job security is low for safety professionals.
