No Job security, Hiring and firing on regular basis. No good projects, only freshers company, no skill development, terrible meeting timings. No Team support and good coordination in teams. They will give you higher package offer but will fire you on immediate basis without any notice. In terms of Appraisal, they are providing it in comparison to a Big IT firm ( single digit appraisal) but expectations is to have work like a startup so you are in a loss here as Not working with a brand plus not getting the benefit of it 2. Teammates are very supporting. Avizva gives many chances to show his capabilities. Appraisal are sometimes okay sometimes very good. They have proper management if you have to travel at client location. There is lot to learn on floor, good platform for beginners.

Dislikes

Open politics , partiality and management believe on few set of people only. Training culture needs to be refine to much extent. Work life balance need very much improvement.
