This is my first company and i write with my heart out the way company treats its employees is superb more than a family. It has not cut a single rupee in pandemic and paid all. The company's salaries have been on time whenever a bit delay due to pandemic they informed but took care of emergencies. The way they are transparent and environment positive very difficult to have. The CMD Dr Ravindra is IIM Alumni & IIT Mentor but working with him you don't feel u are working with such a mentor who is don to earth- a humorous and supportive guy. I have heard HR consultancies you can't work for a year due to dirty pressure but in my organisation they never put such pressure and yet support nicely. The company has HR policy in place and yet flexible to see employees as family members are comfortable. People after marriage and after children are continuing. U get get double pay on birthday and early leave with gift budget and cake too. Marriage and anniversaries too are celebrated. Can you dream of such a company in HR in India. Dislikes

I would not say dislike fully, Dr Gupta is strict on timings and is mugle azam / miltary style as he himself is punctual so at time we millennials are late then uncomfortable but still ne never disrespect anyone yet gives a message to be punctual. Monday to saturday but may be HR consultancies cant afford Saturday off
