Unethical Behavior and Toxic Work Environment I worked at Avineon and experienced a highly toxic work environment, primarily due to specific individuals in the HR and admin departments. One of them, Raghavendra (HR), Ramana (Admin) often displayed unprofessional and unethical behavior, including asking inappropriate personal questions during interviews, such as "Do you have a boyfriend?" This was completely unrelated to the job role and made the workplace feel unsafe. Additionally, around 70% of employees seem to have long-term associations with the company, there were instances of favoritism, misuse of authority, and unethical practices. These individuals frequently exhibited bossy and controlling behavior, particularly toward new employees, creating a hostile work environment. I used to work in a night's at home to manage my work load. I have worked with HR dept recruited 280 engineering graduate trainees in the 4 months period. Onboard about 30 to 40 people for one batch. After one or two months 80% resigned due to over work and pressure. Too worest company entire I m working in UKPN project..... every one asking work life balance is good are bed..but in Avineon it's as only "work" no balance and benifits,I m working in this project always 12hr working in the day..and management having some cast and region feeling specially in kakinda.....TL aslo treat the team meetslike a servants especially Sriram Murthy devatha,Sunil muthu.but i really proud to be working with Chandra Shaker chinta sir.he is the honest person when I m seen in the avineon....Read More
