I got to work across a suite of different B2C and B2B products with a high degree of autonomy. Got promoted fast and by the time I left the organization my CTC has tripled in two years.

Dislikes

You need to be switched ON all the time and that gets a little tough to manage. If you're looking for work life balance, it's not a great place but that's how it is in most early stage ventures.
