The major Gap in this company the uneducated person on higher positions basically this company is not for new joiners or experienced people it is waste of time and their Directors are not kind with employees and most of it their many time salary problems at the time of salary not accurate and very poor management system and to many working conditions

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that quality products like engine mounts. I learn lot of thinks about sheet metal, press operations and processes. Also having great experience of press and rubber moulding dies. learn quality related documentations and improvements. I like to do worked with the product development team. I learn lot of thinks form them.

Dislikes

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Manager or head of department do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I am not happy with the companies culture and politics.
