This is a jail in which you entered then you cannot go outside before 6:30 if you go then your image will be spoiled by any chaplus employee and you get less hike. Strict timing & if you late your salary will deducted. Sandwich rules applicable. Work load is more one person equal to 10-15 works even after no good hikes. No job security and you are being watched from every corner of office. Lolipop is given during increament because there is no value of Accounts & taxation department here except chaplus accounts manager.
