Nothing. This is full baniya company and most of the employees think they are the owner of this company because company's management allows them to do due to their chaplusi. There are cameras everywhere and you are being watched time to time.

This is a jail in which you entered then you cannot go outside before 6:30 if you go then your image will be spoiled by any chaplus employee and you get less hike.
