Dislikes

No carrier growth no matter how hardwork you do. If you have good source in company you can get increment or promotion if don't have then forget about it. No fix time for salary sometimes hold for 2 months

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. •Worst Company ever in my working experience •salary not on time ( They gave salary after 2 month) not first time most of the time. •After 7 month they don't give your PF and Other CTC amount. And if you asked them they told you are not permanent till now. •so if you want to work here so my suggestions don't come here trust me you ruined your time until you work here
