It's been 7 months me being into this organisation and I can vouch for this organisation. Perks of being in AD: 1. Surrounded around intellectual folks. They run an ECP programme wherein they hire from IMT Gaziabad/SCHMRD/NITIE/UBS/IIT. Always a pleasure to understand the thought process of the folks. 2. Culture wise & brand presence wise Avery Dennison is a very good company across the globe. Fair ncentive policies for sales if you can achieve the target.

Nothing to like at all. Its an organisation with old ppl who like to boss around. Of you don’t do it they won’t hesitate to kick you out without even thinking of impact on other’s stability

Favouritism and discrimination is on the next level here. HR’s here enjoys it the most and doesn’t even bother to hear the root cause of the problem. Negative job security You can be fired with out any reason and facts and proof regardless of your tenure and job level. Have seen people leaving in 2 months and 15 yrs
