It's been 7 months me being into this organisation and I can vouch for this organisation. Perks of being in AD: 1. Surrounded around intellectual folks. They run an ECP programme wherein they hire from IMT Gaziabad/SCHMRD/NITIE/UBS/IIT. Always a pleasure to understand the thought process of the folks. 2. Company invests a lot in their employees which I haven't seen other companies doing it. Work Life balance is good, and company cares a lot for their employees. I had one of the Great Manager's who made sure he always supported me during Covid period.

Dislikes

Regular interaction with higher management. Our view weren't taken into consideration during internal discussion.

Culture wise & brand presence wise Avery Dennison is a very good company across the globe. Fair ncentive policies for sales if you can achieve the target.

Nothing to dislike as such, little bit reservation is there in terms of facilities. Strict in targets towards achieving the no.s. Company should be little bit flexible as per market trend/demand.
