Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! There is no one thing to be dislikes, there are multiple things. Rutika Chhajer & Monali Solanki only works for company, rest all doing timepass ( both of them thinks ). Monali Solanki 🤮 thoughts she Owns the company. As an being HR doesn't have manners how to speak with the employee. No politeness at all. Worst company I have ever seen. Toxic Environment with low mindset people.

Company Culture is good. They value improving your skillset and improving your knowledge. Salary paid on 1st of every month and company offers monthly bonuses.

Dislikes

Expectations can be unfairly high at times. Have to work outside normal working hours at times because workload can be excessive.

Salary release 1st day for every month. Boss is nice person.

Company HR with half of knowledge, he implementing new new rules, After given proper notice period he deducted my 2 days salary. I had leave 2 company's before with same process but he not deducted my salary.
