If you speak you get good appraisal,they won't bother about the deliveries you gave or you are technical ability ,if you spoke or being like a puppet ,you can get great appraisal then you expected.No work life balance you have to work for more than 18 hrs sometimes and common working hours will be 12 to 13 hours ,they had service agr eement for period of 2 years if not you have to pay 1.5 Lakhs. You won't get recognised if you are not a puppet .Forgot about your personal life . You might have to ask permission even for weekends too. Full of politics ....Read More

Work life is terrible they put alot of pressure and you will not have any one in the leadership to help you as they are not qualified enough so you have to learn by your self which is good but still the hard part is making the leadership understand things. They have a bond for three yea rs and forces employees to do things which makes them feel really uncomfortable. They fire most of the employees and they tell you that you didn't follow the process. If you are a fresher and have no other choice take this opportunity else go for other companies....Read More

Excited and Challenging environment on the beginning, but the job was hectic - more task in short time span. Need to keep on sign the bond every year if you not sign, their way of treating will be harsh and rude. Poor Process and Management
