There is nothing to like at Avanti. They fired almost all their best faculties in the march itself.
Dislikes
They make fake promises. Not a single good faculty stays at Avanti for more than an year,there is a reason behind this. They want a bunch of bulls who can work for 10 hours a day in a salary of thirty thousand. During pandemic ,they fired 90 percent of their employees in the march itself,even though company was earning good on online platform. The head management has been given to some persons sitting in mumbai having no ground knowledge of how a company runs. Work culture sucks. No salary disbursal at time....Read More
