Good opportunity for freshers as they get to leaning alot of new things and explore their strengths and weaknesses.

Dislikes

Work life balance is terrible. You only get 3 week offs in the entire month as they force you to work on sundays as well. No overtime is paid but they will ask you to do overtime. Senior management is toxic and never listen to the team leaders. No incentive is paid, no appointment letter is given. Not even your salary is paid on time. Real problem here is skill development, because of which the company has lost alot of businesses and will continue to loose more in the future. Average salary paid is too low as per market standards. Even though you ask for leaves or go on vacation they will ask to work from your vacation, which is really terrible because it messed up your work life balance. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Though the directors as positive, the VP ops alone has made the company environment toxic and insufferable</mark>. Do not expect raise in this company. Further if your goal is to learn things, this will be a good choice but you cant see your career grow here....Read More

Avant finwise has good work environment and culture. This company is the very supportive and managment is very helpful. There is a huge and gaming arcade for chiling. I have learned a lot of new thing after joining in Avant.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
