some people are really good but due to lack of administration and management this is not growing internally.

Super micro management u can saw here. Here some really lazy people are working with no skills and they think they are super hero and mind blowing genius. Why im telling? Listen then. They don't have a proper communication and respect for sales and operations team which is sitting opposite to each other. Same operations team employee will delete data from the data server which a normal employee can access if his manager give them the authority. The most bad micro managing employees sitting in the operations team kolkata branch . Some of the names are soumyadipta, Avijit, and in the sales team more or less they are busy with there work. The manager is so casual and not present in the office when they are manipulating documents. Beawre of those people and this way ur quality of work will reduce bcoz of this micro management....Read More
