Likes

Initially was good. Later management took abrupt decision to lay off people

Dislikes

People were laid off after promising good prospects if they stay back. People were laid off even though they trusted the company. Some of senior employees were celebrating n partying while some employees were getting laid off.

Job security - Bad
Work satisfaction - Bad
Company culture - Poor

Work Details

Good but not as promised by the company. For people who were retained it is good I guess

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
