No work culture, humans treated as cattle, no processes in place. Faliour of process is blamed on the employees. Have worked there for 22 hours a day too. Systems are not mature enough. Maximum work is manual. Management is baise. Only pay comes on time

If by finance you mean a front-office career in an investment bank, private equity firm, hedge-fund, or equivalent, you can expect very long hours, chronic career instability, stress, and, depending on role/area, an awful lot of ‘office politics’.
